The Big Rooflight

My works included 5m x 2.5m casement / crittal style doors and a 5m x 1,5m skylight. I obtained 4 quotes, Fluid were competitive on price. Initially I planned to work with a different supplier however as the process unfolded I became increasingly impressed with Fluid – I had A LOT of questions – this is expensive glass and I couldn’t afford to make a mistake – no matter how many questions I asked, the fluid team (Stephen) replied quickly and with great clarity. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble and I felt like my business was important to Fluid. The glass I purchased had to be very high specification to meet SAP test requirements – and large glass installed In a very tight urban setting.
The team attention to detail (3 surveys, multiple engagements to agree every single tiny detail) was impressive – Fluid clearly values their reputation and takes a pride in what they do. The installation process went smoothly, the 2 fitters were excellent – again, incredible attention to detail. The end result is truly awesome as the pictures below show. Highly recommended

We built a small but fairly complex garden dining room. The roof design is unusual and was challenging but Fluid Glass were thoughtful and patient as the design evolved and was built. The finished product is terrific with the glass roof they supplied and fitted integrating beautifully with the rest of the building.

We had a wonderful visit to the Fluid showroom to discuss our project. Steven Towler could not have been more helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained all of the various options to us. We left feeling very confident that we are making the right choice to work with Fluid and can't wait to have our doors and rooflight installed by them.
